To ensure our customers receive the highest quality microgreens, we carefully plan our weekly growing schedule to fulfill all standing orders while maintaining additional inventory for new online customers. This approach guarantees optimal freshness while reducing food waste.

We maintain a regular weekly growing cycle for our eight most popular varieties: Salad Mix, Sunflower, Pea, Broccoli, Arugula, Kale, China Rose Radish, and Red Garnet Amaranth. Orders for these varieties are typically ready for pickup within just a few days of ordering, and we'll keep you informed with pickup updates via email.

We’ve also expanded our selection, including these new varieties: Mizuna Red Streaks Mustard, Purple Vienna Kohlrabi, Red Acre Cabbage, Rambo Radish, Cilantro, Beet (Detroit Dark Red), Basil (3 types - Genovese, Purple (Opal), and Thai). For varieties not currently in stock, we'll begin growing your order the next business day. Depending on the specific microgreen variety, your order will be ready for pickup within 7-14 days. Some specialty varieties can take up to 21-28 days… good things come to those who wait! Rest assured, we'll communicate with you every step of the way and provide you with the exact pickup date once your order is ready.
